My Experience
I'm a therapist specializing in individual therapy, providing services to adult clients in New York and New Jersey. I hold a Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Before starting my private practice, I provided counseling to cardiac and critically ill patients and their families at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
With over fifteen years of experience, my work has been extensive and diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and needs in various settings, including hospitals, colleges, and non-profit agencies.

My Approach
I specialize in supporting adults experiencing relationship problems, grief, depression, anxiety, and illness.
My practice incorporates a holistic and integrative approach to well-being, combining the use of mindfulness with psychodynamic, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. These evidence-based practices are supported by research, proven to be effective, and tailored to your individual needs.
My style is collaborative, emphasizing warmth and empathy.
As we work together, you can expect me to be genuinely curious and engaged. While we address challenging subjects, we'll also find moments of humor and joy along the way.
Obtaining a toolbox of coping skills that you can use now and in the future can be truly life-changing.
That’s why, as your therapist, I am committed to providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to reflect on your life experiences, build on your strengths, and gain meaningful insight, all contributing to a more rewarding life.
I am dedicated to creating a personal therapeutic relationship with each client that promotes healing and personal growth.
We will explore your goals in a welcoming environment, where your voice is valued, and you feel empowered every step of the way. Beginning this journey together, I am hopeful that your overall well-being will improve, allowing your authentic self to shine.
