Like many private practices, I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. This means you pay upfront at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed 60% to 80% by your insurance provider after your deductible is met. I will provide you with a monthly invoice (superbill) for sessions paid to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Before starting therapy, I recommend asking your insurance provider the following questions to determine your benefits:
1) Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental/behavioral health benefits?
2) What is the out-of-network deductible amount that I need to reach before I can receive reimbursement? How much of my deductible has been met?
3) After the deductible is met, what percentage of each therapy session is covered by my insurance?
4) What is the process for submitting claims?

A 50-minute psychotherapy session is $175. I accept credit, debit, health savings account (HSA), and flexible spending account (FSA) payments. I’ll ask to have a card on file to make ongoing payments easier. Payments will be due at time of service.

I provide virtual sessions for clients in New York and New Jersey. Through telehealth, the same high-quality care as in-person therapy is delivered via a secure HIPAA-compliant online platform, Simple Practice. Telehealth's convenience often appeals to clients because it allows them to easily fit therapy into their schedules.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. I recommend meeting on a weekly basis in order for you to get the most out of our work together. As therapy progresses, the frequency of sessions can be tailored to meet your needs.
